Summer Camp Sign up and Candy Bar turn in

Description:

If you took candy to sell and are not going to camp, you still need to come and pay for the candy bars. I will only take back unopened boxes from the company. Each box is $40. Please bring a SEPERATE check for candy bars payable to Pack 324.
This will be your only chance to sign up for camp and receive the Early Bird Discount. After Tuesday, the higher fee will be charged to the scout.
You need to bring:
Completed 2010 Summer Camp Registration
Completed Health Form, including vaccination section
SEPERATE check for camp payable to Pack 324
The camp forms were handed out at the January pack meeting or can be found on our website pack324.com
Any scout attending day camp MUST have an adult chaperone one of the days. With our large group, we need lots of help and you will have fun also!
If you have questions regarding camp, you can ask your den leader, Amy Zuelke (534-4848) or Cyndy Nowacki (514-2669)
If you need assistance with the camp fee, please come on Tuesday and talk with Amy or Cyndy.
